Here is another opportunity for our Sydney H.O.G. Members to show our caring side.

It was only a few short years ago when Sasha lost her Daddy (Frank Smart - Member #883) to a dreaded cancer. 

To help keep his memory alive, we are once again having a ride to remember Frank.

But, this time it’s different. Now that Sasha has turned eight, she is legally able to get on the back of her Daddy’s impeccably kept (in his honor) Road King.

We are going to take Sasha and her Mum Gaby on a ride to remember.

Three and a half fun filled hours as follows:

8.30am – Sign on and briefing at 8.45am at Decathlon

9.00am – Depart Decathlon via Summer Hill to Concord to pick up Sasha and her Mum

9.30am – Arrive in Concord in a nice tight formation. Henley Park on Flavelle Street, Concord, near the junction of Shackel Ave at 9.30am.

9.45am – Depart Concord with Sasha and Gaby. Over the ANZAC Bridge

10.15am – Over the Harbour Bridge to Kirribilli and past Prime Minister’s residence

10.20am – Ride under the Harbour Bridge to the Luna Park entranc

10.45am – Back over the Harbour Bridge to Mrs Macquarie’s Chair 

11.15am – Then off for a complete circuit of Centennial Park (watch out! 30kph speed limit

11.15am - Coffee/brunch/ice creams at the Kiosk in Centennial Park. Group photo Raffle Draw at the morning brea

12md – Back to Concord via Ocean Street and the Cross City Tunnel… that should sound good

12.30pm – Arrive Concord to drop off Sasha and Gab

That pretty much ends the day… but what a day…
Sasha discovered today how much respect we have for her ‘gone but not forgotten’ Daddy.
