Cherry blossoms are popping, the days are getting warmer and the Spring riding season is kicking off!

Saturday's YOTS ride started with an impromptu award ceremony so Chelvam could unload some ride award patches he's been carting around waiting for Alex and Neal to come to a Chapter meeting.

Then around 25 bikes were off to pick up the young adults from Youth Off The Streets at Marrickville and head south for the scenic run down the Old Pacific Highway, across the Sea Cliff Bridge and up to Bald Hill for a coffee.

The day was warming up enough for riders to be shedding a layer or two before the ride back up the Old Pacific Highway and a somewhat sweaty grind through Rockdale before dropping the youngsters off at Marrickville.

The Chapter had just enough Working With Children registered riders for the number of pillions. It's free for volunteers and can be completed on line, get yourself registered so you can take a pillion on one of these amazingly worthwhile rides!
