Another hot one for the Australia Day ride but not as bad as forecast. A great half day with some hospitality from Andre and Binky along the way. Al's lamingtons went down a treat too. Great to see all the flags out on bikes to celebrate our Chapter's diversity. And Sydney HOG was 100% of Pie In The Sky's two wheeled custom when we rolled in! Face scarves, hydration packs, buckets of sun block and even an ice vest were deployed for Sunday's ride down to Kangaroo Valley. The heat wasn't too bad other than down in the actual valley and on the way back through Western Sydney. The Pheasant's Nest servo refurb is complete, it's a quality stop now! More than 40 Chapter members joined for the Seven Bridges Ride, a twilight ride avoiding the worst heat of the day on our first Chapter ride for 2024. After touring the bridges, water and city views we ended the evening at the Angry Bull food truck. A great start to the riding year! Seven Bridges Ride photos posted - 14th January 2024

2024 kicked off with the first Chapter meeting of the year, it was great to see everyone after the holiday break. A reminder to check the ride calendar for the details of January rides and also date claimers through to May. The Rallies page has been updated with the 2024 regional rides and rallies we're aware of. Chapter Meeting photos posted - 9th January 2024

Great job by the Western Sydney H.O.G. Chapter and Blacktown dealership for putting on the Combined Chapter Christmas Party in a way that managed the heat as well as possible. The ride out to Blacktown wasn't too bad but the ride home was pretty intense! Combined Chapter Christmas Party photos posted - 9th December 2023

Another successful year for the Sydney Chapter draws to a close with the Chapter's AGM. Congratulations to continuing and new Chapter Officers on the committee. And thanks to the committee members who are stepping down or changing role this year. The Chapter can only operate through the generous commitment of members volunteering for roles so it's also great to welcome two additional Road Captain nominees!
